When you register and use the Service, we collect the information you provide: your name, National Identity Card (NIC) number, mobile number, email address (if supplied), residential address, date of birth, and Grama Niladhari division, along with limited technical data such as device and session information used to keep your account secure.

We use your information to create and manage your membership, verify your identity, send one-time passcodes and account notices by SMS, respond to your support requests, and maintain the security and integrity of the Service.
3. SMS & Communications
Your mobile number is used to deliver verification codes and essential account messages. These are transactional communications required to operate the Service, not marketing.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the platform (such as SMS delivery and secure hosting), and where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of members.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your membership is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account.

We apply technical and organisational measures, including access controls and encrypted transport, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and respond promptly to any incident.

You may access and update most of your profile information within the portal, and you may request correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
