These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NR Circle member portal (the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & Membership
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, including your name, National Identity Card (NIC) number, mobile number, and Grama Niladhari division. Membership is personal to you and may not be transferred. We may decline, suspend, or revoke membership where information is found to be inaccurate or where these Terms are breached.
2. Account & Security
Your account is secured by your mobile number and a one-time passcode (OTP) sent by SMS. You are responsible for keeping your device and credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access another member’s account, submitting false information, interfering with the platform’s operation or security, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access where misuse is suspected.
4. Member Content & Communications
By registering, you consent to receive transactional messages (such as OTP and account notices) at the mobile number you provide. Support requests you submit through the portal may be stored and reviewed by our team to assist you.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, content, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or where required by law. You may close your account by contacting us.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the portal, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
